High-Efficiency Inorganic Ceramic Resin Anti-Rust Coating

This coating is a two-component water-based rust-proof paint composed of inorganic ceramic resin and zinc with an added curing agent. Its anti-corrosion principle is based on a high molar ratio of silicate salt and zinc, which undergoes a bridging polymerization reaction to form an extremely robust ceramic film that solidifies on the steel surface. In corrosive environments, it effectively provides cathodic protection, resulting in long-term anti-corrosion and rust-proof effects. It is also a self-curing steel protective coating at room temperature.

Product Features
1. Environmental friendliness: Water-based, non-toxic, zero VOC.
2. Anti-fouling: At most, only 1% of the area is covered with algae and marine organisms, which can be easily removed.
3. Wear resistance: Friction coefficient of 0.47 (same as steel), shear strength of 70 kg/cm².
4. Safety: No ignition point, will not self-ignite, easy to apply and store.
5. Radiation resistance: Resists cosmic rays and nuclear radiation erosion; does not become powdery under X-rays.
6. Self-repairing: Even if accidentally damaged, it will not spread or peel off; reapplied areas naturally bond with the old coating.

Product Applications
This coating can be widely used for rust prevention on machinery, vehicles, ships, bridges, pipelines, highways, municipal facilities, and all steel structural surfaces. It can serve as both a topcoat and a primer.

Precautions:
1. Avoid application on rainy days or when the relative humidity of the atmospheric environment is above 85% RH.
2. Store away from light; the shelf life is six months. If the period is exceeded, it can still be used after passing inspection.
